How TAKMIL Model Work?

TAKMIL is on a mission to provide free, high-quality education to out-of-school children in Pakistan’s most remote and underserved areas. Through our innovative, technology-driven approach, we overcome the challenges of communities lacking schools, electricity, and internet. Accelerated Curriculum

Our accelerated model uses technology to educate multi-age children who never attended school. Completing primary and elementary literacy in 30 months, it offers Grades 1-5 in 12 months and Grades 6-8 in 18 months.

Digital Delivery System

We utilize video lessons from open resources to address the need for more trained instructors. Each topic includes 2-3 videos, followed by digital assessments. Additionally, our portable School-in-a-Box manages classes with solar-powered technology.

Community Infrastructure

TAKMIL's non-formal schools are designed for small groups, utilizing existing community infrastructure like baithak, facilitators homes, and mosques, avoiding the need for physical construction.

Community-Driven Educational Transformation

Empowering girls through innovative, female-led initiatives that blend tradition with technology, TAKMIL creates tailored educational pathways. By working hand-in-hand with communities and respecting cultural norms, these programs ensure a smooth transition into formal education, igniting holistic transformation across entire communities.

TAKMIL is a registered non-profit in the USA, Canada, and Pakistan. We provide education to out-of-school children from 5 to 16 years old in remote and rural communities with no access to schools.
